Red and green mottled hard rubber, from American Art Plastics

Red hard rubber was widely used back in the old days. Green hard rubber was much less common. The two together, we'd never seen - but that didn't stop us from trying it out!
Note the tearing of the sample piece next to the shoulder. It's not the material's fault: dull tools lead to bad results.
